Abuja Airport Pickup Made Easy!

A booking is confirmed only when we send you written confirmation (for example on WhatsApp) that includes the pickup details and the agreed fare. Please check the details carefully and tell us straight away if anything is wrong.

You must give accurate information: passenger name, flight number, arrival date and time, number of passengers, amount of luggage and destination. We are not responsible for problems caused by incorrect or incomplete details.

Your driver will meet you in the arrivals hall at Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport unless we agree a different meeting point in writing.

• We monitor your flight using the flight number you provide, so a delayed or early arrival does not by itself cancel your pickup.
• We include 60 minutes of waiting time from the actual landing time of your flight.
• If you need to wait longer, for example for immigration, baggage or customs, tell us. Extra waiting may be charged at the rate stated in your quote.
• If we cannot reach you and you have not arrived after the included waiting time, the booking may be treated as a no-show (see section 5).

Fares are quoted in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and agreed before your trip. The quote states what is included. Any extras, such as airport access or parking charges, additional stops or extended waiting, will be stated in the quote or agreed with you before they apply.

Payment methods and timing are confirmed in your quote. We will not ask you to pay anything that was not agreed in writing.

• Changes: tell us as early as possible if your flight, passenger count or destination changes. We will do our best to accommodate you, and the fare may be updated.
• Cancellation more than 12 hours before pickup: free of charge.
• Cancellation less than 12 hours before pickup: we may charge up to 50% of the quoted fare to cover the driver's time and planning.
• No-show: if the passenger does not meet the driver within the included waiting time and cannot be reached, the full fare may be charged.
• If we cancel for reasons within our control, you will not be charged and we will help you find alternative transport where we can.

• Wear your seatbelt for the whole journey.
• Treat the driver and vehicle with respect. We may end a trip if a passenger behaves in a way that endangers the driver or others.
• No illegal items or substances may be carried in our vehicles, and smoking is not allowed.
• You are responsible for damage to the vehicle caused by you or your guests beyond normal wear and tear, and for any special cleaning needed.

Each vehicle has a limited number of seats and luggage space. Please tell us the number of passengers and bags when you book so we can assign the right car. If you arrive with more people or luggage than agreed, we may not be able to carry everyone safely, and an additional vehicle may be needed at extra cost.

Please keep valuables and important documents with you. We are not responsible for items left in a vehicle unless they are reported to us promptly, and we will make reasonable efforts to return lost items.

Our drivers will drive safely and follow Nigerian traffic laws. Journey times depend on traffic, road works, weather, security checkpoints and other conditions, so any times we give are estimates, not guarantees.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, road closures, civil disturbance, government restrictions, fuel shortages, airport operational changes, or flight cancellations and diversions. We will keep you informed and try to find the best alternative.

We will take reasonable care in providing our service. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Nigerian law that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our liability for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking, except where the loss results from our negligence causing personal injury or death.

We collect only what we need to carry out your booking: your name, phone number, flight details and destination. We use it to plan your pickup, contact you and process your payment. We do not sell your personal data.

We handle personal data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023. You may ask us to access, correct or delete your information by contacting us.

If something went wrong, please tell us within 7 days of your trip by WhatsApp or email. We will look into it and respond as quickly as we can.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute that we cannot resolve together will be handled by the courts of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when your booking is confirmed apply to that booking.
